After spending 20 years in the FinTech industry and leading various pioneering initiatives in the trading technology sector in Europe and Asia, Bertrand Rassat decided to create Primextate in 2020.

Bertrand has always been passionate about real estate, both commercial and residential; he decided to leverage his extensive network of wealth managers, private bankers and fund managers around the world to build the first network of real estate professionals dedicated to off-market real estate.

Primextate is designed to facilitate cross-border transactions through its proprietary platform, while offering a tailored and personalised service to institutional and private investors.

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Jorge Robelo is an experienced computer engineer who has worked for the past 22 years in the world of auctions.

Jorge was instrumental in pioneering online auctions and he was responsible for the development of the first web application that broadcast live a classic auction from Hong Kong in June 1998.

Jorge has since been responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure of one of the largest Swiss auction houses. 

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Rodolphe Taverne is a seasoned business developer who is passionate about real estate – he successfully spearheaded sales initiatives for a variety of real estate agencies both in Switzerland and in France.

He has also successfully coordinated various high end events across Europe , bringing together business leaders from different horizons.

His industry knowledge combined with his enthusiasm and his ability to connect with people allowed him to build a European network of HNWIs who now seek his advice for real estate investments.

Rodolphe is a firm believer in community building ; his favorite quote from Michael Jordan summarises his philosophy : Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championship…

CHIEF COMMUNITY MANAGER

Growing up in the US as a child enabled Laurence to navigate across different languages and cultures from a very young age.

Laurence always loved interacting with people and thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of her job when she worked on international events later on, in Paris, London and Singapore. Events are a great way to discover various industries and Laurence was lucky enough to work on very different sectors ranging from Aerospace, Chemicals to Design, allowing her to meet amazing people along the way.

Ultimately, events are above all about people, as is community management. Laurence is able to converse fluently in French, English and Spanish.
